Cancellations: In the event that you need to cancel your appointment. Please be sure to give us at least a 24-hour notice. Less than 24-hour notice will be subject to 50% charge fee of selected services. No Call/ No show: In the event that you don't show for an appointment will access 100% of selected service will be charged. Reschedule appointments: You can only reschedule appointment times (2x) time only. Any other rescheduled appointments will have to access a full upfront service fee to re-book. Important Notice: ALL SERVICES ARE FINAL. Any unsatisfied services need to be reported at end of service. Please show respect. Please make aware to stylist/owner if you have allergic reactions, irritations, scalp issues, or on certain medications before service and after. For salon, Owner, and or stylist is not held responsible if chemical/ color service doesn't take due to these issues. -Silk presses, Blowouts, leave outs or natural hair styles are all temporary styles can be affected by weather, sweat, or activity.
